Doug Emery's Firehouse Caesar Dressing

2 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 beaten egg
4-6 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3-4 Tablespoons lemon juice
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 tube of anchovy paste
1-1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried mustard
 Note: you can use bacon fat in place of some of the Vegetable oil.
